I dunno, I wouldn't be up for morbidly obese lumps like people are posting examples of in this thread, but being able to adjust size as you do height would be great, even if the changes are subtle. My main RP character is on the cuddly side, and the best I could do was make her a ranger so she'd have a big ass. >_>

I think there should be speed, strength (max weapon damage) and max health bar modifiers for size of your characters appearance.

shorter than 5ft should get a +1 speed.
taller than 6ft should get a -1 speed but +1 strength (provided he's as optimal weight)

Increased upper bodyweight beyond the optimal standards adds +1 strength
Increased girth in stomach beyond the optimal adds +1 strength, -1 speed, reduced max health bar, increased max energy bar depending on the profession (only monks and warriors would gain a benefit)

Certain races like Asura and Norn need their own modifiers because inherrent height.

Ultimately people are likely going to avoid having fat characters unless it truly benefits their profession. Still though having modifiers would go a long way to enticing people to embrace different body types.

im quite happy with my characters appearance atm.

not really sure if fat people are cut for a heroes life, what with all that exercise and stuff. one would expect them to slim down.

All I can think of is minimum sized female monks with maximum girth. They'd be wider than they are tall, and might as well just roll around.
